This page explains clearly how Sanad handles your clinic's and patients' data. Your data is yours; we hold it in trust.
Data ownership
All patient, visit, and clinical note data entered into Sanad remains the property of the clinic that owns the account. Sanad never sells or shares patient data with any third party for marketing.
Storage and protection
Data is held with a recognized cloud hosting provider, encrypted in transit and at rest. Each clinic is fully isolated from every other inside the database — no clinic can see another clinic's data.
Who can access it
Only authorized clinic staff can reach patient data, each according to their job (reception, nursing, physician, admin). Every request is tied to its own clinic's account, and every view or change is written to a log that cannot be deleted.
Right to deletion and export
On cancellation, a clinic can request a full export of its data in a readable format, or permanent deletion from our systems. We carry out deletion requests within 30 days of verifying the requester's identity.
