Acceptance of terms
By creating an account for your clinic on Sanad, you and the clinic's representative agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Service description
Sanad is an assistive system that works under physician approval — every suggestion (diagnosis, code, note) needs review and sign-off by a physician or authorized staff member before it takes effect. Sanad never makes a final clinical decision on its own.
Clinic responsibilities
The clinic is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters, for managing its users' permissions, and for ensuring everyone using the account is authorized.
Subscription and payment
Plan and price details are on the pricing page. Subscriptions are monthly or yearly and renew by a new payment sent with a receipt — there is no automatic card charge.
Termination
A clinic can cancel at any time. On cancellation, 30 days are available to export data before permanent deletion — see the privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
Sanad is an assistive tool and does not replace medical judgment. The final clinical decision always remains the treating physician's responsibility.
